How can I order?

Orders can be placed via our website or app.

 

How can I pay?

All online and phone orders must be paid for by card or BACS.

Can I cancel my order?

Advance orders can be cancelled anytime up to 24 hours before a delivery slot. Unfortunately we can't cancel after this time as orders will have been placed with our suppliers and deliveries booked.

 

I need to change my order?

Please let us know ASAP with the changes you need.

 

What if we are not happy with the delivery?

We are really proud to make our meals to order but if there is anything you’re not happy with, let us know and we will do our best to resolve it and make sure we meet your expectations.

 

Is it possible to alter products & dietary requirements?

Yes, please get in touch and we can arrange any dietary requirement you need.

 

Is it possible to place a large order?

Yes, no problem. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

Will my food arrive hot?

Yes. We use large commercial hot boxes to make sure your food arrives just as you expect.

 

How far in advance do I need to order?

As far in advance as you like!

 

Can you deliver out of your delivery area?

Yes, however there may be a minimum spend and an extra charge, so give us a call before you order.

 

We can also deliver at a specific time, day and out of our delivery area but this service may incur a delivery charge and minimum order depending on the location. For any requests please send us a message.
